Shipping

Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received and sent by express courier.

Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Some clarifications:

• Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive it within three or four days. Delivery time = time packaging of your order (two working days) + shipping time (three or four days).

• Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday, during office hours, from 8:30 to 18:30. To facilitate delivery, if you can, specify an address where someone is always there for collection, such as an office or a shop you trust and always please provide a telephone number where the courier can contact you in case of need.

• In the case that there is no one at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt a second delivery the next working day. If the carrier will not find anyone even the second time, he will leave a notice and you have to go to the branch office nearest you to collect the package.

• Upon delivery, check carefully the package. If the package is delivered to you damaged, please refuse it and put "damaged package" on the document that you will sign the courier.
