Mandarin Marmalade 250gr

I Giardini di Cataldo marmalades are produced exclusively with citrus of choice grown in our garden at the center of Sorrento, with the addition of sugar, with no additives: flavoring or coloring or preservatives and even pectin. The preservation over time is guaranteed from the total quantity of sugars: the natural sugar of the citrus more the sugar added in preparation.

Our jams are defined as "extra" as prepared with a fruit content more than that required by law. If the law provides at least 450gr of fresh fruit per pound of finished product, we will use at least 600g to 700g for lemons and oranges and tangerines.

It has a proper density, and spread into small pieces of flesh and peel. Aroma and intense color are proper of the natural fruit.

Great for the preparation of cakes, or as an accompaniment to cheese and ricotta cheese.

Ingredients: Mandarins, sugar. Fruit content: minimum 70 gr. of fruit per 100 grams. of product.
