Delivery times are calculated from when we entrust your parcel to the courier.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are subject to the weight of the package and the city or country of destination. We advise you to group your items in one order.
The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.
Some clarifications:
Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, during office hours, from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. To facilitate delivery, if you can, please give us an address where someone is always present for collection, for example an office or a shop you trust, and always give us a telephone number where the courier can contact you in case of need.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second delivery attempt on the next working day. If, even on the next delivery attempt, the courier finds no-one, he will leave you a note and you will have to go to the nearest branch to collect the parcel.
Upon delivery, check the parcel carefully. If the parcel delivered to you appears damaged, please reject it and put the word 'damaged parcel' on the document that the courier will make you sign.
