We would like to inform you that we are currently temporarily suspending shipments outside of Europe like Usa, Canada and New Zealand;
We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated on any future developments. In the meantime, we are happy to continue serving your shopping needs within Europe.

Shipping Time
I Giardini di Cataldo ships within 7 working days after receipt of payment and by courier.
Delivery times are calculated from when we entrust your parcel to the courier.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are subject to the weight of the package and the city or country of destination. We advise you to group your items in one order.
The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.
Some clarifications:
Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, during office hours, from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. To facilitate delivery, if you can, please give us an address where someone is always present for collection, for example an office or a shop you trust, and always give us a telephone number where the courier can contact you in case of need.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second delivery attempt on the next working day. If, even on the next delivery attempt, the courier finds no-one, he will leave you a note and you will have to go to the nearest branch to collect the parcel.
Upon delivery, check the parcel carefully. If the parcel delivered to you appears damaged, please reject it and put the word 'damaged parcel' on the document that the courier will make you sign.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05, the Consumer (i.e. the natural person who purchases the product for non-professional purposes and not related to his or her business activity) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 10 working days from receipt of the goods. Notice of withdrawal by registered letter with return receipt must be received within a period not exceeding 10 days at the following address Azienda Agricola I Giardini di Cataldo di Salvatore Esposito, via Correale 27 - 80067 Sorrento (Na) - P.IVA 01088631211. This communication may also be anticipated by fax, telegram, telex and e-mail, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours;
The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the Consumer, in a substantially intact condition, to the same address used for the registered letter, within 10 working days from receipt of the goods. Once the goods have been received and their integrity has been verified, we will credit the sum paid to the Consumer, with the exception of shipping costs, which will in any case be the responsibility of the Consumer. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 30 working days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products.
For any controversy the competent court is Torre Annunziata(Na).
