Terms and conditions of sale

I Giardini di Cataldo is an on-line shop that complies with the regulations in force on e-commerce.

For each order placed, I Giardini di Cataldo shall issue an invoice for the material shipped by e-mail to the holder of the order ex art. 14 DPR 445/00 and dl 52/2004.

The data provided by the customer when placing the order shall be included in the invoice.

No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.

Correct receipt of the order shall be confirmed by I Giardini di Cataldo by means of an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer.

This confirmation message will repeat all the data entered by the customer, who undertakes to check that they are correct and to promptly notify any corrections.

By placing the order on the I Giardini di Cataldo website, the customer declares that he/she has read the terms and conditions of sale, the payment methods proposed and the entire purchasing procedure. With express reference to Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/99, the customer shall receive, by e-mail, all the information necessary for the identification of the seller, which the customer must keep together with the e-mail of acceptance of the contract.

The products we sell are normally available in our shop or in our warehouses. In the event that the quantity of the products ordered exceeds our availability and it is not possible for us to supply them in time, you will be promptly informed so that you can choose whether to replace the missing product, wait for the product to become available again, change or cancel the order.

Methods of Payment

Purchases made on I Giardini di Cataldo are secure and guaranteed and can be made in several ways:

- Payment by bank transfer in advance

In the case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order will only be processed once we have received confirmation of the bank's credit transfer.

Payment shall be made within 7 days from the date of the order. After this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled. The reason for the bank transfer must necessarily state the order number, order date and the customer's first and last name.

The availability of the products will only be assessed once the transfer has been credited.

- Payment by Pay Pal

By selecting the PayPal payment type, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you will enter your email address and password and make the payment.

Your financial data will not be shared with I Giardini di Cataldo but will be handled directly by PayPal.

In the event of order cancellation or non-acceptance by I Giardini di Cataldo, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account and I Giardini di Cataldo shall not be liable for any delay and/or damage caused during the refund process.
